Courtney Mills has an incredible singing voice. Powerful, controlled, and above all else, beautiful to listen to. Courtney has recently been caught on video opera singing from a balcony in Rome.

The professional soprano opera singer decided to entertain the surrounding apartments with her rendition of a song originally sung by Andrea Bocelli called, “Time to Say Goodbye”. The song was originally released under the name, “Con te partirĂ²” (“With you, I shall leave”) as a duet by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman. As the coronavirus continues to affect the Italian people’s daily life, Courtney’s performance lifted the spirits of the neighbours with her truly wonderful vocal talent.

The video of Courtney singing on her balcony has gone viral. Ilaria Serafini shared the video on Facebook saying, “The best singing you can hear on a balcony of Italy in Quarantine”. Millions of new fans have also shared her video taking her performance global in a matter of days.

Courtney is a professional opera singer from Illinois, USA. She teaches opera singing and has sung in places such as Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall, the Louvre museum, Verbier and Grachtenfest! She studied at the world-renowned Interlochen Arts Academy. While she was studying there, she fell in love with opera singing and dedicated her life to her passion. Courtney also studied in Austria at the Mozarteum in Salzburg and afterward she then studied at Metropolitan Opera Lindemann Young Artist Program, Verbier Music Festival Young Artist Program, and Cardiff International Academy of Voice. She has all the credentials to back what is a fantastic singing voice and undoubtedly an incredible natural talent.
